Looking for female working professional or student to share my Victorian cottage. Located in the village of Saugerties, walking distance to restaurants including Miss Lucy's Kitchen and the Diamond Mills, which sits above the falls. I am also within a few blocks of the beach and the harbor, both which provide easy access for kayaking.The house is 15 minutes to Woodstock and Kingston, and close by to wonderful hiking at Kaaterskill Falls and Platte Clove. Saugerties is in the Hudson Valley, close to the Catskills and just over 2 hours from NYC for weekenders. Students are also welcome, I accept semester sublets to accommodate school schedules.


Shared 1 and 1/2 bath, eat in kitchen, dining room, living room. Washer and Dryer. House has 20 steps leading to it.
Security deposit required- month to month rental.
