Weekly Handyman (Permanent) — Maplecrest, NY

Summary
Seeking an experienced, reliable handyman for one full day per week to provide general maintenance at a private property in Maplecrest, NY.
Key Duties
Powerwashing decks/walkways
Replacing lightbulbs/fixtures
Cleaning garage and basement
Cleaning and maintaining grills
Small repairs (doors, trim, hardware, basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical)
Interior/exterior painting touch-ups
Maintaining outdoor fireplaces/firepits
Cleaning gutters
General preventative maintenance and seasonal tasks as needed
Garbage taken to dump weekly
Schedule
One full day per week (consistent weekly schedule). Must be available for occasional emergency or additional work with prior notice.
Requirements
Proven handyman experience (references required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather
Comfortable working unsupervised; strong attention to detail and safety
Preferred
Background in painting, basic electrical and plumbing repairs
Liability insurance (or willingness to provide proof of insurance for larger projects)
