TJB Sunshine is a professional cleaning company specializing exclusively in cleaning retail stores. We have been in business for 33 years and continue to grow throughout New York State and Vermont.
We are currently looking for both daytime and overnight cleaners. Our company is unique because we offer complete schedule flexibility; our customers do not care when the work is done, allowing our employees to choose their own hours. Most of our staff maintain full-time careers elsewhere and bring a high level of professionalism to our team.
Position Details:
- Hours: 5 to 10 hours a week to start (additional hours at your discretion).
- Training: No experience is required as full training is provided.
- Nature of Work: Physical labor in retail environments; all work is "on the books."
- Compensation: We believe in paying well and treating employees with respect to ensure a thriving environment for everyone.
Applicant Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle (local travel).
- High school degree (minimum).
- Minimum of 3 years work history with the same employer.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Professional appearance and fluency in English.
- Physically fit with a full range of motion.
- Experience with small hand tools is helpful but not required.
Hiring Process:
Selected applicants will be contacted by text/phone for a paid working interview. This allows you to experience the job firsthand to ensure it is a good fit for you. Following the training period, you will work independently.
