Hello. Looking for a 1br apartment for just myself. I am 29 and work full time in Kingston and have references if needed, looking to move to a 1br apartment or a large studio. My budget is 1400 with at least electric and heat included.
I would like to stay in new paltz but I am absolutely open to other areas such as Gardiner, rosendale, Esopus, Kingston, etc. I am a very respectful tenant and I do have a small 7 pound dog who is trained and does not bark often.
