WHAT IS FOR SALE?

For sale is a SET OF FOUR (4) vintage Emeco 1006 Navy Chairs, all in brushed aluminum and each one stamped with the authentic Emeco mark on the back.

These are genuine, early-generation Emeco 1006 chairs — the iconic U.S. Navy–designed aluminum chair known for its strength, longevity, and timeless industrial design.

WHY AM I SELLING THESE?

I will probably regret this sale a year from now, but these chairs are doing no one any good by sitting in my spare room. I've owned them for many years, but I gave up the work studio in which they were placed.

WHAT IS THEIR CONDITION?

- Excellent overall condition
- 100% structurally solid — no broken welds, no looseness
- Seats and backs have light, even patina consistent with vintage brushed aluminum
- All four chairs retain their original hard plastic feet — not cracked, not brittle, and no wobble
- Each foot has a small felt pad applied to glide smoothly on hardwood floors (easily removable)
