This is a high-volume, daytime bartending + leadership role at one of the most popular destinations in the Catskills.

SCHEDULE:
Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM - One Bartender
Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM - Two Bartenders
Sunday: 10 AM – 6 PM - Two Bartenders
Monday: 10 AM – 6 PM (holiday weekends) - Two Bartenders
THE ROLE:
This is NOT just bartending.
You’re running a walk-up bar (no table service) where all food + drink orders come through you, as do all tips.
You set the tone:
Speed
Energy
Organization
Guest experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead bar during service
Make cocktails quickly + consistently
Take ALL orders (food + drinks)
Handle cash + POS accurately
Keep bar clean, stocked, organized
Ensure responsible alcohol service
LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory + ordering
Bar setup + breakdown
Coordinate with kitchen + ownership
YOU ARE:
A strong personality (people like ordering from you)
Fast, organized, and calm under pressure
No drama, team-first mindset
