We are seeking a Bartender for Bar Piscina, our outdoor Pool Bar open May-October.
Schedule is Wednesday–Saturday: 11am-7pm (open 1-6)
About You:
-You are social, vibrant, and committed to exceptional service.
-You are a kind, creative person with a desire for continuous learning about food and wine.
-You genuinely embrace and welcome diversity in all forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve beer, wine, non-alcoholic options and our infamous frozen margarita
- Take food orders at the bar (small plates and snacks)
- Manage payments via Toast
- Complete all side work, checklists, and setup/breakdown duties.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
- Stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
General Requirements:
-Punctuality: Adherence to posted schedules and arrival times.
-Professionalism: Maintain company uniform, hygiene, and grooming standards.
-Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for at least an 8-hour shift.
