Installed in May, 2015 at my house. The compressor worked fine.
However, the room registers blew fiberglass because the HVAC company put the new air handler onto a plenum that had old decayed fiberboard. The duct work blew fiberglass into the rooms. I gave up on central air and brought a mini-split heat pump.
The Lennox compressor ran for only a month. The compressor was outdoors and not affected by the attic fiberglass problem.
Might run fine or at least salvage for parts.
