Unfortunately I’m moving out of state and cannot take it with me. As I will not have anywhere to store it. It’s a dual zone at 9,000 btu per unit for a total of 18,000 btu. I believe it’s rated up to 1,200 sqft. The extra that come with it are the line covers ( in white 15ft brand new in box still ) the mounting bracket. It comes with a brand new 5 gallon of 410a to fill the system also have a vacuum kit basically brand new with everything you need to bleed the system and to refill it. Comes with a 33ft line and a 10ft line. I even have the 20 amp breaker box for outside for emergency cut off. Everything you need to have it installed and ready to use for this upcoming hot summer weather.
