RHEEM 8KW INSTANT TANKLESS POINT OF USE WATER HEATER.

We are in East Durham, the 8KW was enough to provide hot water to the bathroom and kitchen sinks, but not for the shower. We literally never used this it is brand new. I removed it and replaced it with the 18KW and now we have hot water everywhere. No need for this thing. Very good quality product, would highly recommend this water heater and for the price I am selling it for, it's worth it to anyone who wants to buy one of these for current or future home renovations / upgrades.

This unit requires 8/2 gauge wire on a double pole 40 amp breaker.
