450 sq ft apt, private entrance, 1 parking spot in driveway included, with remodeled kitchenette and bathroom within an owner-occupied home right next to the 500-acre Delaware River Conservatory. Very quiet neighborhood. Very quiet home. Most have a car to live here.
Rent is low because of the house rules which ensure a happy atmosphere for everyone here. The house is lived in by 2 others who also abide by the same rules. The studio is completely private. You will most likely never see or hear the other two who live in the house, it's a large place and we keep to ourselves. music/TV must be kept low and no guest's more than 6 times a month. This would be great for a young student or professional looking for a relaxing quiet home. The owner is Jewish, and so Jewish memorabilia may be found around the premises.
