My husband and I prefer no pets, but we are willing to make exceptions, depending on the circumstances, we must meet the pet as well there will be a $300 nonrefundable pet fee if we decide the pet is ok there is parking in the driveway right in front of the house two per rental and a guest spot over on the side one for each rental. Any cars in driveway must be registered with valid plates. We ask that you remain cordial/respectful to other tenants. There is a keyless entry in which Tenant can make their own individual code that we will program for them. Security cameras are OK as long as we ensure proper placement. As per regulations. We understand the comfort in having cameras as we have our own as well so it’s not necessary, it’s the tenants personal preference.
