Looking for a fun place to spend New Years. I think I have the answer. A new hot spot has opened in the Hunter Mountain Area and it is called Vertical Drop. It will be celebrating New Years with great specials. We also offer rooms we have a hotel on site. For the night of New Years we will be charging $75 a room double occupancy. The club Vertical Drop will be offering two package deals one is an all night open ball everything on shelf for $80 a person. If you dont wish to spend that much we offer a limited selection which will not include all top shelf liquor for $60 a person which is still a great deal considering our rack liquor is still high quality our rack vodka is svedka all of our selection is high end good stuff. We are located only a few miles from the beautiful Pepacton Reservoir and NYS Watershed lands. This is a beautiful part of the Catskill Mountain region.

The guest house is situated on nine woodland acres bordering New York State Forest Preserve with its own private driveway. You can have a great hiking and nature experience right from the guest house property! The guest house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One features a queen bed and the other a full sized bed. Additionally there is a pull out sofa in the living room with a full sized bed where one can enjoy watching the fire in the wood burning fireplace insert as one drifts off to sleep.

A large eat in kitchen contains all the necessities for your cooking and dining pleasure. The guest house also has a large heated entry room which overlooks the deck and is a great place to sit and unwind at anytime of the day. The grounds feature an old logging road which connects you to miles of state trails across acres and acres of pristine forest. Winter and early spring feature mountain views, summer, a richness of green as the forest is in its glory and autumn, an array of colors and apples on the property's 5 apple trees.
