For Rent: Two-story converted 1800's carriage house, loft-style open spaces, high ceilings, fully furnished 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Located on a former dairy farm , we have organic flower & veggie gardens, a pond for fishing or swimming, acres of open spaces & wooded areas and the Delaware County Rail Trail for walking or biking is in riding/walking distance to the farm. We also have 2 outdoor cats, 5 chickens and 1 rooster on the propery. Our house and gardens are chemical & smoke free. Close proximity to hiking, book stores, antique shopping, yoga classes, restaurants, galleries, museums. Approx. 2 Hours from George Washington Bridge - 3 Hrs. from NYC, 1.5 hrs. from Albany, 1.5hrs. Binghamton, 1.5hrs Kingston.
$300/nite - $1600/week - up to 4 persons - $30/ea. additional person Min. 2 nite stay Holiday weekends $350/night $65 cleaning fee to be left at the end of your stay. Security deposit required - Balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
