Nectarine was hand tamed, however we have not taken him out of his cage in several years. He is friendly. I am sure that if you have time to spend with him, you won't have a problem getting him on your finger.

Peaches is missing feathers around his neck. He came to us this way. He likes attention, however he will nip your finger if you try to pick him up.

Both birds are very vocal. If you whistle, they will whistle along with you. If you whistle a simple tune, they will copy it. They will start "singing" if you sing or have the radio or tv on.

Peaches and Nectarine have a really nice Cockatiel cage and this will come with them. The cage is black. It is 18"x18" and is 23" high to the top of the cage and a total of 31" to the top of the lighted dome. The cage has a custom made lighted top that requires a Full Spectrum light bulb in it. (You will need a new one). There is also a seed guard net that goes around the bottom of the cage.

The cage comes complete with food and water cups in addition to the perches. The birds will come with seed, cuttlebones and any treats that I have left.

Please give this dog a chance at a new life, actually a life at all. KING is a 2yr old pit who is a big MUSH. He weighs about 70 pnds and is in a horrible situation. He currently lives in a basement all day and all night mainly 15 hours alone and even sometimes days at a time. Besides a commited, patient, loving owner Jackson needs a spacious play area.
He has not had all of his shots, I was told he had one cycle when he was given to us...a short time ago, I have yet to receive any proof....

Who owned CLEO? Someone must have, for she is pretty chunky so she was well-fed, and she's gentle and sweet natured and loves people of all sizes . She must be so confused to be in the shelter, it's scary, with lots of dogs barking and strange noises and smells. This is a dog who had belonged somewhere, but things happen, the economy, illness, who knows? And animals are the first casualty. CLEO might be one of those casualties, but it doesn't mean that this little tubby (61 lbs. ... couldn't we all stand to lose a few?) girl doesn't deserve a safe place to lay her head at night.

SPOT is a SUPER Adorable, FUN LOVING, energetic, friendly & PLAYFUL 1.5 yr old staffie/pit girl. We think she's part BUNNY because she bounces like a bunny and look at those super CUTE EARS!!! She is medium sized at 48 lbs but she has a short stature and is not hard to handle. She loves to play with her toys and can keep herself entertained for hours with a tennis ball but she's a bit stubborn and will need training to work on giving up the toys when told. She is just a puppy and still has lots of energy so she will need daily structured exercise i.e a good daily game of fetch each day!!

She passed her temperament test with flying colors and seems to be good with other dogs... we think she should probably go with a male dog and she is fine with cats We don't think she should go with small children because she likes toys so much... but older kids i.e teens should be fine. She is housebroken.

Candy is just about the most precious thing I've ever seen. Check out that heart-shaped nose! This gorgeous girl is just over 1 year old, barely out of puppyhood, and was given up by her owners because of "personal problems." They told us she is housetrained, obedient, and loves men, women, children...even other dogs! She doesn't have experience with cats but is good on the leash and in the car. Candy received a fabulous "mild" status from our medical department, meaning she was a little nervous but sweet as...well...candy! :) Her soft white coat makes her look so angelic.
